It’s Always About Power is TIGERLAND’s latest upcoming EP in which he shines a light on collective action against corporate exploitation, state violence and propaganda.
It’s Always About Power is a thematic continuation of my last album, I’ll Be Gone , You’ll Be Gone, except that I really focus in on grittiness, anger, and shock.
I was really experimental with the songs on this EP. None of the songs follow a traditional structure because to my music isn’t about fitting in. It’s about rethinking what we’re comfortable with.
I really enjoy making music that sounds jarring and uncanny. I want to make you feel like you’ve been splashed with a bucket of ice water; that your brain is decoding distorted electric signals.
